Exchange Policy – Nexila.store

Effective Date: June 2025

At Nexila.store, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit — whether it's due to color, model, or a mismatch in expectations. That’s why we offer a simple, fair, and transparent exchange policy to ensure your comfort and peace of mind.


🔄 Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any exchange claim.

  • The product must be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

  • The exchange is only allowed once per order.

Please note: Exchanges are not applicable for hygiene-related items that show signs of use.


🎨 Exchange Reasons Accepted

We allow exchanges for:

  • Wrong color or model received

  • Change in preference (e.g., want a different color or type)

  • Size/variant mismatch, if applicable

If the product received is damaged or defective, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead, as such issues are treated as returns.


💸 Exchange Charges

If the product is not defective and the exchange is based on personal preference (color, style, etc.), the following terms apply:

  • A ₹100 delivery charge will be levied for pickup and re-shipping.

  • This fee must be prepaid via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods before the exchange is processed.

We do not charge for exchange shipping if the item is defective or if the wrong product was sent by mistake.


🚚 Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request
    Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item at:

  2. Provide Proof
    Share the following:

    • Order ID

    • Product photos

    • Unboxing video (clearly showing the issue)

    • Reason for exchange

  3. Approval & Payment
    Once approved, if eligible, we will guide you to make the ₹100 shipping payment (if applicable).

  4. Pickup & Replacement
    We’ll schedule a courier to pick up the original product, and once received and verified, dispatch your replacement.


Timelines

  • Pickup of the original product: Within 2–4 working days

  • Quality check after pickup: 1–2 days

  • Delivery of replacement product: 3–5 days after approval


Exchange Rejection Conditions

Your exchange request may be rejected if:

  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • The unboxing video is missing or unclear

  • The request is made after 5 days of delivery

  • The product is not in resellable condition


📌 Important Notes

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested variant is out of stock, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

  • Exchange is currently available only for orders within India.

  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.
